Hello, I'm Shuai.

 

I'm a designer specializing in bookmaking, publication design, and printmaking. I collaborate with large organizations, small clients, and artists, though my favorite projects are independent books and publications that explore rich histories, bring obscure, forgotten cultures to light, or delve into niche topics rarely covered elsewhere.

 

I co-founded Sandwich Press, an award-winning independent publishing house and risograph studio in Melbourne. 

 

I'm also a photographer with a love for street, architectural, and documentary photography. I draw inspiration from both design and art, finding that these fields often intersect in composition, layout, and color pairings.
